Lots of 'em for every type of download. Even my content in the "4th level" sub-folders show up in the game just fine. Of course, my highest EP is Seasons, so I guess that has a good amount to do with it. I like being organized and my downloaded folder makes me very annoyed! If you have Nightlife or later then you can subfolder everything, though apparently some hacks shouldn't be.
There's also no limit to the amount of sub-subfolders you can have either. I think the only problem with sub-foldering sub folders that was a mouthful lol is loading time for the game.
If you don't mind loading times I don't think it matters. I have a bunch of subfolders. I keep only three things loose in my downloads folder.
The rest is all categorized. It made loading time go way up. It went from three minutes to almost 10 minutes and that was just on one folder. I did away with those really quick and just dealt with the bloated folder. We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another.
LOL, i got rid of all sub folders, didnt think they would work. Got 1 big folder with everything in it.. I have both double deluxe and the Holiday edition which include some of the packs in them. My question is, how do I install both of these editions for the same game? Is there a way to install just the additional items needed and not the whole thing? At the risk of being confusing happens to me a lot!
Can I install double deluxe, all the rest of the expansions, and in the correct order just extract what is needed off of the Holiday edition?

I have a problem in my sims 2 game,i downloaded some of your recommended mods and for some reason since i downloaded them,my sims wont do anything in my game on their own,they would just stay on the same spot and do nothing,even if i control them they wont do anything. Sounds like you have a mod conflict. I really love all the content you upload both on Youtube and your personal website. Do you support sites that pirate The Sims 2? But I am okay with people getting Sims 2 by whatever means they have to since EA refuses to make it available legally.

MoveObjects On - Some house creations require this script in order to place the lot properly. You can download it HERE. To install, simply copy 'tmex-moveobjects. Do not extract or unzip. It is on by default but you can use the command 'tm. On the left side of the screen, look for Advanced menu and make sure that the Include Custom Content box has a check mark in it to see creations that include CC. Other times, certain CC must be installed alongside several other mods, as they are connected to each other.
To make sure players have everything they need for the mod to work, just check the mod's requirements. Once the player downloads the mods they want, they will usually be saved in the Downloads file on their computer. From there on, it takes a matter of seconds to open the ZIP file and extract its content.
The next step is to copy the relevant files into the game's files. Specifically, players should create a file called Downloads in the file within the game. The Sims 2 can be found in a file called EA Games, and from there, it's easy to click and create the Downloads file.
