In order to talk to someone else using this addon, you are required to be On the same frequency as that player. This mod adds items into the game such as Blufor, Opfor, and Independant radios. Each side has their own radio, which makes a perfect setup to cooperate with teammates. If you are on the same frequency as the opposing side, I have not seen or heard of it in person you may be able to hear the opposing side on their frequency.
This mod also adds a HUGE change to direct comms. With this addon you can change how loud your voice is: Either Yelling, Normal, or Whisper. Yelling well, its just yelling. Normal is if you are casually talking.
