How to download older versions of ksp

I would delete your current install before doing so and be sure to verify the 1. Then, I would copy that version of the game somewhere safe.

When 1. I hope they do make the old versions available at some point in the future. I'd love to play the first version I ever played just to see how it really was back then. But yeah you should've kept the older versions on your hard drive - a thing that I missed too.

But that was a paid release, so as mentioned elsewhere, please don't link to a download of it. Wasn't planning to put up a link to it, but good to know nonetheless. I should probably look for those old mods now that you mention that they may exist.

But the problem with this method is that a lot of mods that are that old, have undergone complete reworks, and the earliest versions may be lost. Is there a Mac link? SQUAD I know it's rare for a response, but would it be too much to ask for all versions of the game to be downloadable from the store? I appreciate that you have released all 1.

What I mean is best explained by Minecraft. I believe the launcher allow you to select older versions of the game. The question is: Does KSP have that? If you're a direct downloader from the store, you just need to save your previous downloads.

Steam has options to do something like this, but I think it only goes back a few versions. I don't believe there is any way to get pre 1. Corrected, see 4x4's answer below.
